    We've stayed here before now and loved this place. Everything was excellent, attentive staff, particularly nice views of the bay and the ocean. It was huge and wonderful room, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was incredible and strategic, for example, Convention Center was relatively close to the hotel.

    The lounge area served lots of meals for breakfast. The room with beautiful view. The location was marvellous and excellent, close enough to many good restaurants in Bocagrande and other touristic places.

    Great pools and awesome staff!

    The views from my junior suite were fine, especially of the walled city. The pool on the 14th floor is adults only and perfect for catching sunsets. Plus, the staff were super friendly-shoutout to Diana and Daniela! One thing tho, the towels felt a bit rough. Still, a solid stay.

    The infinity pool and the kiddie pool kept our family entertained and relaxed throughout our trip. The only downside was the minor noise from the hallway, but it didn't take away from our wonderful time 🌊

    Staying four nights in a two-bedroom suite offered amazing views and a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful, especially with day trip arrangements, and the ambiance of the outdoor terrace during breakfast was fine. Check-in was delayed significantly, and the restaurant's dinner options fell short compared to the vibrant local scene. The clogged toilet was promptly fixed, but it disrupted our evening plans.

    We enjoyed our residency suite on the 39th floor with amazing views of the sea and bay. The infinity pool on the 14th floor was our favorite spot, especially for sunset. Fernanda from the bar was amazing at serving us drinks and snacks. The hotel is located close to a nice beach and a shopping mall.

    Spent three nights at this hotel. Amazing oceanfront pools with great views. The dining experience was decent. Slow room service made it frustrating sometimes. Nice location close to the old quarter. Staff friendly and well-trained.

    The stay was quite enjoyable, especially the stunning ocean view from the room. Conveniently located near local attractions like the Walled City, it made exploring Cartagena easy. The pools here are fantastic, which were a major highlight for relaxing after our daily outings. I wish the breakfast had more variety as it felt quite limited during our time. It was a great experience with friendly staff.
